Springvale park in Springfield, VA is located near Old Keene Mill Road and Spring Road intersection. The Springvale neighborhood park includes an two (2) unlit tennis courts and a playground. The almost 9-acre park in Springfield is marked as a location to hike around but I couldn’t find any suitable trials to head out on. There are no restrooms at this park but you are close enough to shopping and restaurants to use a public restroom.
The playground has two pieces of play equipment, one for the school-age and one for the preschool crowd. Both types of swings are available but not pictured below. There isn’t any shade over the equipment but there are a few picnic tables and benches under the tree canopy that would get you out of the sun. Plenty of parking in the lot or along the street as well.
Also part of this park is an two (2) unlit tennis courts that were in great shape.
The Springvale Park is a great neighborhood park that’s a nice asset to have if you live in Springvale or Woodley neighborhoods!
