Greenbriar Commons Park in Fairfax, VA!

Greenbriar Commons Park is located behind the Greenbriar Pool Club in Fairfax, VA. Parking is located on Point Pleasant Drive along the street and just follow the path to the Tot Lot. The Park includes a playground area, swings, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits and hiking trails. The Rocky Run Stream Valley Trail runs through the park and access is located behind the playground. Here is the trail map that shows it stretching through a large part of Fairfax County.

The park has a little bit of shade, a few benches and picnic tables. There are no restrooms at this park and I’m fairly certain the Greenbriar Pool Club when it’s open won’t allow you to use their restrooms. The one large piece of play equipment was in good shape and both regular and toddler swings were available.

We didn’t get a chance to meet up with Rocky Run Stream Valley Trail because it was starting to get late but I’m sure in the spring time we’ll be out there hiking the trails. This was a cute neighorhood park and if you live in the Greenbriar or Fair Lakes area this would be another great option to take the family.

What would you have to do to hold a party here? Who would I need to call?

There are just a few picnic tables at the park so there is nothing to reserve. But you can contact Fairfax County Park Authority.
